How do I download my order?
It’s under your purchases and reviews section on your account. You can not download from the Etsy app! It doesn’t support instant downloads! You will need to be on a computer or sign into Etsy on your mobile browser. However, a computer is recommended!
When will my order be shipped?
I do not print and ship anything! My shop is instant download/digital only! I am a designer only, not a print shop.
When will I receive a proof?
Please allow 24-48 hours to receive a proof! This mainly applies to invitation design edits. I will send a proof via Etsy message and then email it directly once approved! You will not download the invitation or customized item. I have to email it to you. I will not email anything until the design is approved.
