HOW DO I ACCESS MY TEMPLATE?
Download is available once payment is confirmed.
YOU MUST USE A WEB BROWSER TO ACCESS YOUR FILES.
FILES ARE NOT AVAILABLE THROUGH THE ETSY APP.
Alternatively, on the Etsy menu, go to You > Purchases and Reviews > Click the button to "Download Files". You will get a PDF with instructions. Open the PDF for the link to the template.
You will need to log into your Canva account, which you have to create if you are using the service for the first time. No worries, it's an easy step and grants you full access to your purchases in the future.
If you check out as a guest, you'll find a link to download your purchase in the receipt email sent to you after purchase.
