Ordered a different color, got black. Pushed all the way up the laser head it still impacts fume hood when it homes.

The build quality for the most part seems solid, when I received it there wasn’t much packing in the box, but the rotary looked perfectly intact except one of the feet had broken off of one of the 3D printed end pieces. Seller took care of it right away, offering to replace it if I sent the rotary back or send me the replacement which is what I chose. I got the rollers and motor mounted and started testing. I have been at it for several weeks now and wasted several tumblers but one side of my engravings is squished a little on every engraving I have done. All of the measurements are perfect except the engraving on the left, the seller tried to help the first couple times I asked, but apparently is done with me since my last plea for help was over a week ago with no response, so I am left with expensive equipment I can’t use.

Measured my machine, ordered based on description for Bridgeport mill. Light showed and it's way to large to work. Seller says no returns so I guess I'm just out the money...

This is the 2nd one we've bought and they are great for the price and fit our one mill perfectly. My only critique would be to seal the lights with something. We're trying silicone on this one. Our first started getting oil in it and dimmed the lights, but like I said for the price, you can't beat it! I will continue to buy them for sure.
