❌ Cancellations/Return/Exchange of the order

I gladly accept returns and exchanges if it’s purchased from our standard listing and refund will be processed once the map is returned in good condition.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged,
unless they arrive damaged or defective:
🚨 Personalized and custom products can not be returned or exchanged due to the nature of these items.
🚨 If the customer decides that he/she doesn't need the item anymore (due to any personal reasons), while it is already on the way to the receiver, we can not cancel or stop the delivery process or make the refund.
✔️ We will cancel an order with 100% refund before a proof is created. Once proof is sent we can still process a refund, but there will be a charge for $100 for labor time.

Great item, arrived on time. Excellent customer service taking into account the customizations requested and ensuring that the changes are accurate. The item still arrived on time, very well packaged and no damage at all. My only slight issue was the emerald color was more lighter green than I expected - I wish it was deeper green with bluish tint but overall it looks great and I was very pleased with the quality.

I am originally a custom table and cabinet maker, but have wandered back to my love for art. To me art tells a story, one that is unique to the beholder. I'm here to help you tell your story. Whether it's a honeymoon destination, the lake you spent summers on as a kid, your hometown, or the night your children were born there's no doubt certain places and events will always be held close to our hearts. With each personalized map I bring these stories to life and give a place for those memories to rest. A place for them to be recognized, honored, talked about, remembered and enjoyed for generations to come.
