Proofing Process.?
-- Customers choose to see a digital proof before we finalize the design for printing, If you'd like to see a proof, Please tell us in your order notes. We send proofs via Etsy Message. You can View your Etsy Messages or Conversations when you are in to your Etsy Account.

What happens if my Order as the incorrect information?
-- Please send us an Etsy Message. If it is our mistake (we incorrectly used the information you provided), we will remake your design and replace it at no cost to you. If the mistake is yours (the information provided to us was incorrect), we will correct the design for you at a reduced cost to cover materials, shipping, and design time.
How do I let you know how to personalize my order?
--During checkout you have the option to leave me a note with the personalization's for your order. You can also send me a message with the details after your purchase is complete.
How long does it take to process and ship my order?

Please note that processing time is the time it takes me to make your item and shipping time is the additional time it takes to ship the order to your physical address.
