Where are your products shipped from?
We have over 30 printing studios worldwide, spanning the Americas, Europe, Africa, the Middle East, Asia, and Oceania. This allows us to provide swift and flexible shipping to customers all over the globe.
Is Nbourhood available in every country?
Although we operate globally, there are some countries we cannot deliver to due to legal or shipping carrier constraints. These include Cuba, Iran, Crimea, Syria, and North Korea. However, we ship to all other countries worldwide.
Are your posters protected by copyright?
Yes, all of our artwork, photographs, graphics, and text on the Nbourhood website are copyrighted. As a result, any commercial use or redistribution without our express written permission is prohibited.
Can I return an item that I am not satisfied with?
All of our orders are custom-made, on-demand. When you order a poster, we will print it just for you, and therefore we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. By law, customized items are not entitled to a refund.
