-------------If your package has been delivered and you cannot find it, check with your neighbors, your apartment manager, other members of your household; you can also take the tracking number to the post office and ask them if they have more information. Keep track of the progress of your package. If you have an open mailbox that a passerby can access, purchase a theft-proof mailbox. After the post office shows acceptance and possession of your package, check the daily progress; you can even ask the post office to hold your package to be sure you receive it.

-------------• I hand cut these chains myself from a spool of chain for each necklace, so if you do not see the length you want in the drop down menu, please contact me for a custom order - all lengths are available. I can make it any length, including quarter and half-inch increments.

------------Exchanges Fee: Return postage cost is at the buyer's expense. Once the item is received at my shop, a custom listing will be created for the cost difference in the chain length plus First Class postage to send the item back to the buyer.
------------Returns: Please return the item purchased unused, unworn in the gift box it was received in. Return postage is at the purchaser's expense. Refund amount will be for the cost of the item purchased less the original postage cost to mail it initially.
