📦 HOW LONG DOES PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING TAKE?
Production of your map usually takes 3–5 business days.
We ship all orders via UPS international express delivery.
Estimated delivery times (business days):

Asia - 10-20
Delivery times may vary during holidays due to increased carrier workload.
All maps are securely packed, and every shipment is insured against loss or delivery-related damage.
🛠 HOW SHOULD I DISPLAY AND CARE FOR THE MAP?
To keep your map in the best condition, please follow these guidelines:
- Do not place or hang the map above heating devices
- Avoid direct sunlight exposure
- Do not store or display the map in environments with temperatures above 40°C (104°F)
- Keep the map away from outdoor conditions and high humidity
When unpacking your order, handle the map carefully and use appropriate tools to avoid accidental damage.
🎨 WILL THE COLORS MATCH THE PHOTOS EXACTLY?
Please note that the actual color of the map may vary slightly from what you see in the photos. Differences in screen calibration, display settings, lighting, and camera processing can affect how colors appear.
We aim to present colors as accurately as possible, but minor variations are considered normal.
📦 WHAT IF MY ORDER IS LOST OR ARRIVES DAMAGED?
We take full responsibility for our products and the delivery process. If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, we will arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.
If your map arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and send clear photos of the package and the item. You can reach us via Etsy Messages (preferred) or by email at mapyme.ua@gmail.com
so we can assist you promptly.
🧾 DO I HAVE TO PAY IMPORT TARIFFS OR FEES IN THE USA?
No. All US orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).
This means import duties and handling fees are prepaid by us, and you will not be charged anything on delivery.
🧾 WHAT ABOUT VAT OR CUSTOMS FEES IN THE EU AND OTHER COUNTRIES?
For orders shipped to the European Union and other countries, local VAT, customs duties, or import taxes may apply according to your country’s regulations. These charges are set by local authorities and are not included in the item price.
If required, such fees are collected by your local carrier or customs office upon delivery. We recommend checking your local customs regulations in advance, as unpaid fees may cause delivery delays or return of the parcel.
🧱 WHAT MATERIALS ARE USED FOR YOUR PUSH PIN MAPS?
Our push pin maps are printed on premium-quality canvas and mounted on a durable foam board designed to securely hold push pins.
Depending on the selected option, the map is either placed in a solid wooden frame or stretched on a wooden stretcher frame. The back side is neatly finished with protective cardboard and includes a hanging system, so the map arrives ready to hang.
This construction provides rich colors, sharp details, and a sturdy surface suitable for regular pinning and long-term wall display.
✏️ CAN I CHANGE PERSONALIZATION DETAILS AFTER ORDERING?
Yes, changes are possible before your map goes into production.
Please contact us as soon as possible via Etsy Messages if you need to update names, dates, or other personalization details. Once printing has started, changes may no longer be possible.
📍 ARE PUSH PINS INCLUDED, AND ARE THEY SAFE TO USE?
Yes. Each map comes with 50 standard push pins included, ready to use right out of the box.
Please note that push pins, including our 3D push pins, have sharp points and are intended for decorative and marking purposes only. They are not suitable for children and should be handled with care.
We recommend keeping push pins out of reach of children and using them carefully when placing or removing them from the map.
