Most items offered in my shop are made to order. Processing time depends on the time of year and value of orders. Please see individual listings for accurate processing times.

Each item starts with handpicking pine wood boards from our local lumber company.

Boards are cut, sanded, stained, and then chalk painted. all lettering done is hand painted - No Vinyl is ever used.

Please note that due to each piece of woods characteristics, ie: knots, grains, flaws that no 2 signs will be alike. Each piece of wood is selected to best show the design and create a high quality design, however we make no attempt to cover them up.

All most all our signs are lettered or designed using a silk screen stenciling process. Some are done freehand and with other stenciling options. All signs are painted with chalk paint and sealed with a poly matte finishing spray to protect each design.

Any listing that states "Ready to Ship" means that the product has already been made and requires no additional processing time. These items will ship within 2 business days following your order.

Your order will be processed in the time frame given on each listing. Please note that Etsy will give you an estimated date of shipping and delivery. These are only estimates and are not a guarantee. Most items are still within the processing stage during that time frame. USPS delays after an item has been shipped are beyond our control. Refunds will not be given for delayed packages. If a package has not been delivered 15 business days after being mailed out I will file a claim with the post office and will handle each situation accordingly to both the seller and buyers satisfaction.

Please double check your address listed with Etsy.
If an order is returned due to an insufficient address the buyer will have two options.

- Buyer will pay additional shipping for order to be resent.

- Order can be refunded for the item price only since the postage had been paid on the initial shipment.
