How will my order be packaged?
Prints are rolled and shipped in heavy-duty tubes to prevent any creasing or damage. Framed prints are wrapped in protective foam and shipped in reinforced flat boxes. Every order is inspected before it leaves our facility.
Do the frames arrive ready to hang?
Yes. Every framed print arrives with hanging hardware already attached. You just need a nail or hook on the wall.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and the print and email us within 7 days of delivery. We will send a replacement at no cost to you.
