INFORMATION WE COLLECT
To fulfill your order, we may receive certain information from Etsy, including your:

For custom or personalized products, you may also voluntarily provide additional information such as:

Some Margam Studio products require customers to provide photographs, names, biographies, event details, or other personal content.
These materials are used as necessary to create and fulfill your order.
Margam Studio may occasionally request permission to feature completed designs, photographs, event materials, or portions of a completed project in our portfolio, Etsy shop, website, social media accounts, advertisements, printed promotional materials, or other marketing channels.
We will obtain the customer’s permission before using customer-provided photographs or personally identifiable custom content for marketing purposes.
Permission to use materials for marketing is optional and is not required to purchase from Margam Studio. Declining permission will not affect your order, pricing, or service.
Where appropriate, customers may be given the option to approve:
• Full project use, including photographs and completed designs
• Design-only use, where personal photographs, names, or other identifying details are removed, replaced, obscured, or cropped
• No public use of the project
If a photograph depicts a minor, permission must be provided by the minor’s parent, legal guardian, or another person authorized to grant such permission.
Customers who grant marketing permission may later contact Margam Studio to request that future use of their materials be discontinued. We will make reasonable efforts to remove materials from marketing channels under our control. However, previously printed materials, completed advertising campaigns, archived posts, third-party reposts, screenshots, search-engine caches, or materials already distributed may not be capable of being fully recalled or removed.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have the right to provide any photographs, artwork, text, logos, or other materials submitted to Margam Studio and that they have permission from the appropriate individuals or copyright holders when required.
Please avoid sending highly sensitive personal information that is not necessary to complete your order.

For physical orders, information such as your name and delivery address may be provided to shipping carriers or fulfillment providers as necessary to deliver your order.
BUSINESS TRANSFERS
If Margam Studio is sold, reorganized, merged, acquired, or transferred to another business, customer information may be transferred as part of that transaction where permitted by law.

MARKETING CONSENT
Marketing permission is separate from the information necessary to complete your order.
When Margam Studio requests permission to use your project for promotional purposes, you may be asked to provide an affirmative response confirming what materials we may use.
Your consent may include permission for Margam Studio to use approved materials in:

• Social media platforms
• Digital advertisements
• Printed advertisements or promotional materials
• Portfolio presentations

Providing marketing permission does not transfer ownership of your photographs or other original materials to Margam Studio.
Unless otherwise agreed, permission simply allows Margam Studio to display or reproduce the approved materials for promotional purposes.
You may withdraw your consent for future marketing use by contacting Margam Studio. Withdrawal of consent will not necessarily affect uses that occurred before the request was received.

Margam Studio is based in the United States.
Some customers, service providers, technology providers, printing partners, or other vendors may be located in other countries. As a result, your information may be processed in jurisdictions with privacy and data protection laws that differ from those in your country.

Customers may submit photographs or other materials created by photographers, videographers, designers, studios, schools, or other third parties.
By submitting these materials, you represent that you have the necessary permission or rights to allow Margam Studio to use them for the purpose requested.
Permission granted to Margam Studio for marketing does not override the copyright or intellectual-property rights of a photographer or other creator. Where necessary, customers should obtain permission from the copyright owner before authorizing Margam Studio to use third-party-created material for advertising or promotional purposes.
