Frequently asked questions
Do you accept returns?
I want you to be happy with your purchase but if my jewelry doesn't live up to your expectations simply mail the item(s) back to me within 7 days of receiving it. Once I receive it I will issue you a full refund less shipping charges. The item must be in the original box and in original condition. Custom designed items cannot be returned however sometimes this is possible depending on the nature of the piece.
I also suggest insuring the work when sending it back as typically insurance is fairly inexpensive.
When will my order ship?
I typically send orders out within 24 hours of receiving notification of the transaction and payment. If you place an order on a weekday it typically will be mailed out the next day. Orders placed during a weekend will be mailed on Monday. If for some reason I cannot send your purchase out within that time I'll send you a convo with the expected ship date. Also; once your order ships you will receive notification of shipping plus a tracking number.
Custom orders:
I always provide customers with an estimate of completion time regarding a custom order prior to them placing the order. No surprises.
How do you package your items?
All my work is sent in jewelry boxes tied with ribbons making them very attractive and ready for gift giving. The box with your purchase will be packed carefully inside a padded or bubble wrapped mailing envelope to fully protect the jewelry.
What if my item is lost in the mail?
Fortunately a lost package doesn't happen very often. However; I insure all work sent out at full purchase price so that if an item does get lost and ultimately does not arrive you will be refunded 100% of your purchase price (or if you choose I will send out a replacement at no additional charge).
Can you resize my ring if it doesn't fit?
Generally, no.
When a ring does not fit I will be happy to make you a new one that closely matches the design of the original ring. All I ask is that you send the original ring back to me first. There is no charge for this except for the return shipping cost back to you. Please note: Certain types of custom made rings (if complex in design) may not be returnable.
Most of my rings have heat sensitive stones or glass that can be damaged due to "thermal shock" (cracking of the material when subjected to high heat when re-soldering the ring). Sometimes a ring can be protected but I would rather make you a new ring than risk destroying the original.
Do you do custom work?
A lot of my jewelry is made to order or might involve changing an existing design. I have made rings and pendants using stones and gems provided by the customer. If you have a concept, idea or like something in my shop but need it in a different size let me know and I'll be happy to work with you!
