Really attractive--goes well with other cannisters I use in my kitchen!

This is not a kitchen/dining/food handling item. It's a laboratory hot plate with no rheostat so - 300C, which is over 500F so, way too dangerous for food "warming", LOL. A bit expensive for such an item. Fortunately I have a controller that works with it, so...it might be handy to have around.
