We are happy to provide free shipping with tracking for all orders! If you would like priority shipping or insurance for your order, please contact us for a quote when you place your order.
For orders placed outside of the United States, we recommend insurance for all items. If you are making a purchase from outside the United States, please contact me for a shipping insurance quote. If you decline shipping insurance, we cannot be held responsible for lost, delayed or damaged packages.
All of our items are previously owned and are in used condition. Please read all descriptions carefully before placing your order. We do our best to accurately describe the item and any flaws in each individual piece. If you have concerns or questions about an individual item, please contact us.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of both the item and the packaging so that we may file an insurance claim. Please keep both the item and the packaging as the shipper may need those items to process a claim.
Owning a vintage watch is like owning a vintage car. Vintage watches can stop running at any time. They require regular maintenance to operate properly, including regular cleaning, oiling and adjusting. This should be done by a qualified watchmaker. Cleaning, oiling and adjusting watches is not a service that we offer currently. That is the responsibility of the purchaser. We highly recommend that you have your watch cleaned and oiled if you intend to use it as an everyday timepiece. We will not accept returns for watches that need to be cleaned, oiled or adjusted.
A note about photographs: While we strive to take pictures that display accurate color, metals and stones are not always exactly as the photo depicts. In trying to get close ups of a piece, you often sacrifice the tone of the gemstone. For example, a stone described as purple may appear more pink in a photograph. For colored glass and gemstones, if you have any questions or concerns about the particular shade, please contact us directly.
International buyers: Buyers outside of the United States will be charged for International shipping, first class, through the United States Post Office. This is the cheapest option. The USPS will generate a customs number, and the item can be tracked until it leaves the United States. At that point, the customs number will only track items in some countries. If you wish to have a tracking number or insurance, you must pay for those services additionally. Otherwise, we will only be responsible for the package until it leaves the United States. After the package leaves the United States, we have no further responsibility or liability for the package, unless you purchased additional tracking or insurance. We cannot take responsibility for lost or delayed items shipped outside of the United States unless you have purchased insurance.
Items that have been reduced in price, either through an Etsy sale, or through direct negotiation, are not eligible for return.
