2 out of 5 starsSeveral exercises on this chart were useless. The heading of the second to last exercise was Back Extension on Ball with directions to put the ball behind the back. The diagram shows a woman with a ball under her chest and stomach. The last one was a repeat of the 4th exercise but with a different heading. This chart was for a group of seniors to follow. Waste of money.
