Frequently asked questions
How can I print my files?
You can send to any local print shop such as FEDEX Office or Staples. We do not suggest printing at a photo lab such as Walgreens or Costco since our files are not photos. We prefer to send PDF files for best print quality, but can send JPG files by request if you need for web, Evite or text use. We recommend to not use online printers because the quality tends to be not as great. Please get a sample printed first to be sure they are printing it correctlyl!
How long will it take to receive my edited files?
Once all of your information has been received, your proof files will be ready within 2-3 business days.
Proofs will be sent to your email address linked to your etsy account. Or you may provide another email address. Please check spam folder if you do not see it after 48 hours.
If you need your files faster, a RUSH order upgrade add on is available:
Revisions
For magazine orders 4 rounds of editing are included. There are unlimited edits in each round of edits. Additional charges apply for extra revisions after your 4th proof.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
Due to the nature of this business, we do not offer refunds, exchanges or cancellations. We ask that you PLEASE proof read your files before printing. WE ARE NOT held responsible for typos. You are required to proof read your files before sending them to get printed. We suggest printing a sample before having them all printed.
Colors and Quality
Please note that all monitors and printers show/print colors slightly different. The final printed product may vary slightly from what you see on your screen. There is no way for us to guarantee the color from other printers. What you see on screen is in RGB mode, but printers print in CMYK mode so colors will vary.
We cannot change the file size or crop marks for your printer that you choose to work with. All of our customers use different printers and we cannot change the file specs for your individual printer.
