Candy Information
Our piñatas are designed to hold 5-10 pounds of candy, with the potential for slightly more, and come with a premade filling hole for convenience. To ensure durability, fill your piñata and lift it; if there's no sagging, it's ready for use. Avoid overfilling to the point where it becomes difficult to lift, ensuring a balance between capacity and ease of handling for an enjoyable celebration
Issues with Delivery
Items Marked as Delivered: Piñatas marked as delivered but not received are not eligible for refunds. For assistance, use your tracking number to contact your local post office for up-to-date tracking information. Live tracking updates typically appear on the USPS website within 24-48 hours.
In-Transit Issues: If your order has not arrived within 8 business days after its ship date and is still marked as in transit, please contact Martini Makes. We will assess whether a replacement or refund is viable.
Refund Disclaimer
Refunds are all subject to a case by case basis. Martin will determine if your situation will merit a refund or not. Please provide Martin with all relevant information/photos with whatever issue you are having within 7 business days of receiving your order
