If I order today, how long will it take to receive my portrait?
My turnaround time is 3–7 business days after purchase. However, if you need your portrait earlier, feel free to let me know, I’ll be happy to check if I can accommodate your request.
Is this hand-drawn?
Yes! Every portrait is 100% hand-drawn. I use a digital drawing tablet and Adobe Illustrator to create each artwork by hand. This method allows for a cleaner, more accurate, and high-resolution result, while still keeping the human touch and flexibility to accommodate any custom request.
What is the size of the portrait?
Your final portrait will be delivered in 4500 × 6000 pixels at 300 DPI, which is perfect for high-quality printing.
For best results, we recommend printing up to a maximum size of 30″ × 40″ to maintain sharpness and detail.
Recommended print sizes:
• 4″ × 6″
• 5″ × 7″
• 8″ × 10″
• 12″ × 16″
• 16″ × 20″
• 18″ × 24″
• 20″ × 24″
• Up to 30″ × 40″ (maximum recommended)
Can you include pets in the portrait?
Yes! I can absolutely include pets in your portrait. Whether you want to add a dog, cat, or any other beloved pet, I can seamlessly combine them with the rest of the family photos and match the style, lighting, and composition for a natural and realistic result.
Do you ship the item?
No physical item will be shipped. I only provide a high-resolution digital file of your portrait. You can print it in any size and make as many copies as you like. No physical drawing will be delivered.
If I want changes after the portrait is finished, can I request them? How long does it take to receive the revised portrait?
Yes! Minor adjustments are free as long as they were part of your original instructions before the portrait was completed.
If you request new changes, add new details, or want to use a new photo after the portrait is finished, additional charges may apply depending on the complexity.
Most revisions are completed within 24 hours, while more complex revisions may take up to 48 hours.
