All orders will come packaged ready for gifting.

Please double check your shipping information is correct before purchasing. If package is returned to us due to wrong shipping info, we can either resend it to you for another shipping cost or refund your purchase price minus shipping charges, custom orders are excluded from refund. Also bulk orders are non refundable!

We will try to accommodate any custom inquiries. Note that custom orders are non refundable. Please give a months notice for large quantities. Please read all of our policies. We will only consider simple changes to our art, such as Medal, color, size, keyring addon, amount, etc. We will not change our design or art, that it becomes unrecognizable. We hold the authority to design as we see our vision.

If the item does not fit, please message us. When figuring out your size: take a piece of string or cut paper, wrap around largest part of your wrist (where that bone part is) and mark with a pen where it meets. Lay flat on a 📏. Do not add or subtract from the size. We will do that part. Any questions please ask. We size the piece on a bracelet mandrel, it automatically makes it the correct size. When a bracelet is made the inside part or the circumference of the bracelet becomes smaller, because of the beads or knots. So this is why it's important to only give us the exact number on the ruler. That's where the bracelet mandrel comes into play. It automatically makes it to correct size.

We make every piece with love and attention to detail. My hubby and I are very easy to work with. A lot of our designs are original to us. Designing Rosary pieces is an amazing task for sure! There is hundreds of Rosary makers. So when we can design an original piece, that is awesome!

We are always helping out with any charities or countries who need free Rosaries for those in most need. The Lord has always brought them to us.

Any time you are not 110% happy, please message us so we can remedy whatever is wrong. Our goal is to get everyone loving what they pray on!

We Do accept returns. If you have an issue, please message us on etsy. We will go case by case for a solution. Customer will pay shipping. If anything would ever be sent back, we would trash it. I would never reuse an item. Everything is kept clean and new in my shop.

In some cases We can add medals, change colors, beads,
Keyring, size etc. However we will not ulter our design to which it becomes unrecognizable from our original art. We hold the right to design as we see fit. Our art is an expression of Faith. To change it to an unrecognizable piece is not an option.

Please allow for enough time to complete a large Rosary bracelet order. Each bracelet takes around 15-20 min each. Yes I'm a total perfectionist :). 5 bracelets should ship out quickly, However around 20-80 will take awhile longer. Always feel free to text us and see what the time frame will look like.

One side of Rosary bracelets will be longer than the other side to allow for sliding over hand. If a custom fit is desired, measure wrist and hand width and message to seller those numbers. Not sure of your size? Take a piece of string wrap around and then lay on ruler to get size. Only one side of bracelet moves to open up. Please read every description before purchasing. Sometimes pics will have multiple bracelets in them to showcase the multiple options. Does not mean that you get everything in the picture:)

Our designs are Not for babies, toddlers, or children who put things in their mouth. 👉 Poses choking hazard!

We are extremely careful with our process of keeping things as germ free as possible. We wash hands, sanitize work area and equipment. We recently added a ionuv sanitizer, that goes over all orders before packaging up. I've always been a germaphobe!

That doesn't mean your item is "lost"
It isn't lost until confirmation from USPS says so. Common sense goes along way here. I have seen items arrive 3 weeks late. But still showed up. We aren't Amazon, we mine as well close up shop if we are strong armed into giving away merch. Remember the 8th commandment.

Currently we are not accepting resellers of our designs/products. Effective April 30th 2021.

We do Not include Packing Slips. This saves a lot of paper every year!
