I’m the original inventor of these innovative designs, introduced them to the fetish community between 2014 and 2017, and started selling here on etsy in 2017. (Unfortunately) paused operations from 2021 to 2024, and now am back. Have somewhere around 800 sales on etsy, and 4.9/5 stars reviews.

My story

In 2013, my gf wanted me to make something for a friend of hers; a dominant. Formed a small business making them, and demand was high. The business was growing well. But in 2020, around the start of Covid!!! (lol), a former boss wanted me for a very lucrative engineering contract job. After many days and nights of thinking, I paused the business “for a few months,” which (of course) turned into 3+ years. It was the worst decision I’ve ever made in my professional career. I was miserable, but stuck it out—until I couldn’t take it. I quit to get back to my true calling and best love: Designing and building the best engineered, gorgeous, best working fetish products money can buy, period. I proudly brand it MasterMInd Crafts.
Although several of our products were copied by competitors during my temporary hiatus, they all lack the "secret sauce" of our products. Everything made, and continue to make, is a true labor of love, painstakingly created and finely finished down to the smallest detail. After all, I invented it; they’re all my babies! And it shows.

And we’re proud of it! Look closely at the details in our pictures. Competitors simply can’t do it for the price, IF they can do it at all! We manage every single stage of production—from hand-selecting raw wood to final heavy-duty packaging. No subcontracted parts! 100% made right here in Florida, in my main workshop, small machine shop, electronics lab (stay tuned!), and “skunk works. We do everything, including upholstery, packing, shipping, and generate a LOT of sawdust!

One advantage MasterMind Crafts is my previous 30-year career in MedTech engineering. I’ve designed everything from initial surgical concepts and prototypes to massive, 24/7 automated production machinery. So robust design, cleanliness, and clinical safety to medical standards is second nature to me.

When I interviewed professional dominants about their needs, they told me that absolute cleanliness wasn't just a preference—it was a critical, unmet industry need. That and User Comfort. I applied medical-grade design principles to the SmotherBench, and the results speak for themselves.

* 100% Seamless Upholstery for a Reason:
Cleaning is one thing, sanitizing another. Cleaning gets the big stuff. Sanitizing kills all the live little nasties you can’t see or clean. Like mold and bacteria. Professionals (and smart amateurs) only use equipment that can be cleaned AND sanitized, period. Stitched seams in contact with the human body will gather contamination, including sweat, skin cells, saliva, and other bio-contaminants (ugh). They’re very difficult to clean well, and close to impossible to truly sanitize. Water based cleaners will quickly seep through the seam (‘wicking”) and dampen the inside. And you’ll never get it completely dry again. Then what happens? In my experience, seamed seats used in adult play eventually start to smell. Prodommes will tell you how difficult they are to clean and sanitize.

In 30 years of medical product development, I’ve been in many OR’s. You never ever see bare stitched seats in operating rooms. They completely cover them in clear plastic sheet, then toss the plastic. Even dental work stuff is covered in plastic where your spit flies.

So I made my seats without seams intentionally, so they can be quickly cleaned and sanitized.
