Returns
I accept returns.
Contact me within: 3 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery.

REFUNDS: The items in my shop are pre loved and over 20 to 100 years old. I describe them to the best of my knowledge and my pictures are also part of my description. These items are not new and may show signs of age such as small flaws. Before purchasing an item please contact me with any questions and I will gladly help you.
If I have misrepresented an item or listing I will refund you completely and pay the return shipping costs.
If that is not the case, there is a 15% restocking fee and you are responsible for all shipping costs.
Please also note that allot of my pieces are on coincinment so notify me immediately if there is a problem. Once I've paid my clients I won't be able to accept the returns.
I don't accept returns or cancelations on Custom or Personalized orders
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.


Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Refunds are accepted, Buyer must ship the item in original condition and packaging.
- Buyer pays for shipment unless I have misrepresented the item.

DAMAGED IN SHIPPING: notify me within 24 hours so that the insurance process can proceed.
DO NOT through out ANY part of the packaging or items. I will also need pictures of the damaged items.

Custom, Duties, Brokerage Fees and Taxes is the Buyers expense. Please contact your local customs office for further details.

To All Eu Customers: You are responsible to know your Customs, Duties and Taxes, I am not responsible for those charges. If you have to return an item you have 14 days to do so and item must be received in the same condition it was sent.
