Simply type in ANY Opening Size you need in the Personalization Box on the product page. We will cut the Opening EXACTLY as you type it in. If you type 8x10, the opening cutout will be exactly 8x10.

!! We recommend the Opening Size be .50" smaller than the art or paper size, so it doesn't fall through the cutout. Example: 8x10 photo - type in: 7.5 x 9.5 Opening

-- We can cut Circle Openings, too. Just type in something like, 6.5" Circle Opening. We'll cut the opening as a circle instead of straight.

To order a Custom Mat Board size simply choose a mat on our site that your custom size mat will fit into.

Example, if you want a custom mat sized 11x15, you would select the 11x17 mat size. Or, you want an 18x22 mat, select the 18x24 mat size, or 8x9 mat, select the 8x10 mat, and so forth.

Then, in the Personalization Box, right above the 'add to cart' button, type in the Outside Dimension you want. "Cut Outside Dimension to 18x22" or "OD 18x22". We will then cut the custom item down to that size for you. No extra cost.

!! Make sure your Opening Size is not too large for the new custom mat board size.

Unfortunately, we only have the colors that are listed in the Color Chart.

Yes, we can cut collage mats. We recommend a simple drawing of the layout so we can better understand your idea of the design.

It typically takes 1-3 Business Days to get your order in the mail.

It depends. If your order was shipped by:

USPS - they do not allow altering delivery addresses once shipped.

UPS - they do allow this, if it has not already been delivered. They charge additional fees for this service however. $8-$30, depending on where it needs to go. UPS sets these fees. If we can make the change in time, those fees will need to be collected at time of request.

!! If the order has been delivered or shipped via USPS, there is nothing we can do at that point, other than create a whole new order for you, if desired.

Unfortunately we do not – at this time we are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses, and international addresses. We currently only ship within the contiguous US.

Yes, you can Return item(s) within 14 days and we will Refund the Product cost. Shipping fees paid are not refundable, OR if the original order qualified for Free Shipping, product refund will be less a $5.00 fee to help cover the actual charge of shipping.
