Giving the Gift of Love: Helping Moms of High Achievers Make Senior Year Special.
On September 17th, 2012, my life took a transformative turn with the birth of my son, Asher.
Before Asher, I was deeply involved in athletics as a former athlete and high school volleyball coach, equipped with a Master's degree in teaching.
However, his arrival shifted my priorities, leading me to step away from full-time work to focus on his early years.
Determined to contribute financially, I launched a small business from home, creating photo collages on wooden letters—an idea that stemmed from gifts I had made for my volleyball players.
I began selling these on Etsy, and as demand grew, so did requests for custom wooden numbers.
With no suitable options available in stores, I enlisted the help of Tom, my husband's bonus father, who began crafting the numbers for me.
In 2015, we invested in a CNC router, which streamlined production and allowed us to hand-sand our wooden letters, numbers, and shapes, ensuring quality and craftsmanship.
Our shop quickly became known for being the first on Etsy to offer jersey number collages, a distinctive product that sets us apart. This unique offering, along with our commitment to innovation, has been a key driver of our success.
As we continue to grow, I am excited about the future and the new creations Tom and I will bring to life.
Ready to start your project? I can't wait to collaborate with you!
Warm regards,
Crystal Waddell
