I require a $2 non refundable deposit before I start your creation. To make this payment, you must pay me through PayPal. If you do not have an account set up, it is super easy to create one in just a few minutes. This deposit will be subtracted from the final cost of your custom item. Thank you for understanding!

I will ship your item with tracking using USPS First Class no later than 14 days after you place your order. I typically make made to order and custom items on Wednesdays, Fridays, and on the weekend. Your item should arrive at your door 3-5 business days after I ship it, but there may be postal delays due to circumstances out of my control, such as weather. If the item you’re buying costs less than $4, then the shipping cost will be more than the item cost. I do, however, combine shipping costs, so you only pay shipping for the first item — if you buy two $2 items the total would be $8 (item #1 + item #2 + one $4 shipping charge).

Although polymer clay is water resistant when baked, please do not fully submerge any piece in water. To clean, *gently* rub piece with damp cloth. Your doll house is a fine place to keep your polymer clay doll food. If this isn’t convenient, a secure box or other area out of direct sunlight will work. NEVER let any piece come in contact with an alcohol-based cleanser; it will dissolve the clay.

If you are unhappy with your
purchase, please contact me within 5 business days of receiving the item to receive a full refund and then you must ship your item back within 14 days of when it arrived. (Buyer pays return shipping costs.) If you receive a broken or damaged item due to shipping, contact me within 5 business days and I will send you a new one. If you can fix the item yourself, please convo me anyway so that I can make changes to the item. Sorry, I cannot accept a return after 5 days of the item’s arrival. If you have any questions/concerns about returns, please contact me BEFORE ordering.

If your parcel is lost in the mail, meaning the tracking says the package was delivered but it is not in your mailbox, you will have to file a Lost Package report with USPS. Lost packages are a bummer, but once it is in the hands of USPS it’s no longer my responsibility. Parcels sent to the wrong address are not my responsibility; I will not replace/refund packages sent to outdated addresses. If the post office doesn’t recognize the address, I will send you a message to make sure it is correct. If I don’t get a response within 36 hours, I will send the package through. If the package goes to the wrong place, I will not give a refund/replacement item. If I sent the wrong item, let me know and I will send you the right item AND refund you.

Look in the Item Details for a full list of items included in a specific set. As a general rule, dolls, furniture and props used to show sizing are NOT included. If you are unsure about anything in regards to quantity or what items you will receive, please contact me before ordering.

Etsy Conversations is the easiest and fastest way for you to contact me. You can either click “Message Seller” on any listing you have a question about, or “Contact” on my shop’s home page. I usually respond to these messages within 24 hours. Etsy will send you an email when I’ve gotten back to you, and if you have the Etsy mobile app, it will show up as a notification on your device. I do not recommend giving any of my items to children under four (4) years of age due to choking hazards.
