I approached Matt about getting a studio ghibli style done as I just love his work and he was so happy to try it out and work out some designs from the pictures I sent him. He was so nice throughout the whole process and kept me updated on every stage. The final product looks incredible, I get so many compliments about them it’s great. Honestly one of the best purchases I’ve made on Etsy

Can you give me more information about how the designs are made?
All designs are hand-painted using professional acrylic paints that have been specifically designed for leather and synthetic leather to ensure the highest quality and vividness. Each design is sealed with a protective varnish that makes the shoe ultra resistant to scratches, wear and tear and water.
Care instructions
The painted shoe is very durable due to the protective treatment applied with the varnish and professional quality of the paints that creates an ultra resistance to scratches, water and wear and tear. In normal wearing conditions your pair of shoes will last as long as a regular pair of trainers.
To clean your shoes, simply use a damp cloth and wipe the desired areas. I do not advise placing your shoes in a washing machine as this may affect the quality of the design or using chemicals.
Can I return or exchange my order?
As each shoe is made to order, unfortunately it is not possible to return or exchange them.
How will my shoes be delivered?
All items are delivered through Royal Mail. If you are based in the U.K your shoes will be sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm. A Tracking number will be provided to you upon shipping.
If you are based outside the U.K. your shoes will be shipped through Royal Mail using International Track & Signed. This will provide you with full end to end tracking of your item. A tracking number will be provided to you upon shipping.
