Frequently asked questions
If you did not receive the parcel
Average delivery time is usually from 14 to 30 days. At the Cristmas period (it takes up to 60 days). If you didn't receive your parcel, please, contact me. I will write a claim to my Post Office and will do my best to find the parcel. Parcel finding period lasts up two months aaccording to the acts of the Universal Postal Union. If the Post answers me that the parcel is lost, I will make a total refund or re-resubmit your order.
The inquiry for the lost parcels could be done up to 6 months after shipping date. If you contact me after 6 month of the shipping date you will be refused from refund and re-submiting your order, because we will lost the posibility to find the parcel and receiving compensation for its loss.
Shipping during coronavirus pandemic
According to coronavirus security some countries canceled international flights. For such countries the only available shipping method is economy parcel (without tracking number and longer transit period). Another option is to wait when the flights launch again. Thats why I extend "ready to ship" period to 3-4 weeks. For countries wich do not aply flights limitation I will ship the items in 1-5 working days. The situation with range of countries with post flights limitation is changing every day, please, contact me before purchase for clarifying situation with shipping your order. Stay healthy and safe!
