Frequently asked questions
My package is damaged upon arrival. What should I do?
We care about our customers, and we understand your feeling when your product arrives damaged. If your product is damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately as we will need to file a claim with the shipping carrier. You will be given two options: 1. Get a full refund or 2. Get the same product for free. Please message us and send us a picture of the damaged product, and we will guide you through this.
Where is my package? I placed my order for more than 2 weeks and it has not arrived yet!
We are aware of this situation and have been in contact with the shipping carrier to investigate this serious delay. What they told us was that Canada post and USPS are having serious delays due to the holiday shipments.
Please reach out to me and I will provide you the direct tracking number, and please keep track of the number and your package should be there very soon.

Care instructions
Marble Board:
Acidic condiments and garnishes should be placed in a ramekin or other small container to avoid discoloration of the natural marble.
If you find discoloration on the board after placing acidic food on it, we suggest using baking soda and warm water to clean that area.
Bamboo Towel:
We recommend to hand or machine wash to keep the durability. If you cannot remove tough stains, you can soak it in small amount of bleach and water.
Please avoid tumble dry with heat. Bamboo fiber can dry by itself quickly. We recommend letting it dry by itself. Place the bamboo towel in a laundry bag and only tumble dry in cool air if needed.
