Max was amazing. True hero actually!! I thought the package was never delivered and for many days we both tried to figure out what did happened. He kept a very professional attitude even if I was very impatient, he helped and was very sweet about it all. At the end what was discovered was that my movers took the box and piled it on top of the books boxes and it was never accounted for. So Max was correct and I was wrong all along, yet he was so kind about it. His items are wbeautifuln and he is truly wonderful to deal with. I hope he will have me as his client again.
