5 out of 5 starsI have not received my order yet and couldn't track it. However customer service with Maxim is exceptional!! Maxim was able to locate my order and get a tracking number, I understand the longer process due to it coming from another country and truly appreciate the help I received.

5 out of 5 starsItem was smaller than expected. I ordered the 6 inch letter in and it looks to be the length. Not height. Maybe that’s on me but if you want it be big order the 10 inch. Quality is excellent
