After placing the order, the seller promptly communicated that an additional fee was required for logo digitizing, which was not presented as an option during the initial ordering process. While I would have preferred that cost to be clearer upfront, the communication was quick and professional. The embroidery quality turned out great, and my logo looks clean and well done. The shirt itself is thinner than I expected, but it is not poor quality, just a lighter-weight material than anticipated. It still works well for my needs and looks professional. I would purchase from this seller again due to the great service, fast shipping, and quality embroidery work.

Understandably, we are not able to accept cancellations or changes to orders once they are placed, as they are immediately sent into production. Because of the personalized nature of our gifts, we are not able to accept returns on personalized items, unless they arrive damaged or defective. Also, all reports of damage or defects must be made within 30 days of receipt.

Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, US Military
Orders shipping to AK, HI, and U.S. Territories have a longer transit time. It may take up to 14-20 business days for delivery once the order is shipped out. Our holiday shipping guarantees are only available to the contiguous 48 US States.
Orders with U.S. Military addresses could take 4-6 weeks to deliver once the order is shipped.
