Order Changes & Cancellations
Please review your personalization information before submitting your order. Check spelling, dates, and names carefully. Understandably, we are not able to accept cancellations or changes to orders once they are placed, as they are immediately sent into production. Because of the personalized nature of our gifts, we are not able to accept returns on personalized items, unless they arrive damaged or defective. Also, all reports of damage or defects must be made within 30 days of receipt.

Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, US Military
Orders shipping to AK, HI, and U.S. Territories have a longer transit time. It may take up to 14-20 business days for delivery once the order is shipped out. Our holiday shipping guarantees are only available to the contiguous 48 US States.
Orders with U.S. Military addresses could take 4-6 weeks to deliver once the order is shipped.
