I accept some custom and personalized orders depending on my time availability and professional/personal compatibility with the project. A non-refundable deposit will be made to cover design time. If product is not purchased, deposit will be forfeited. If purchased, the deposit will be counted toward the cost of the item. All custom/personalized designs will be sent to the customer for approval on design. Once approved, all sales are final.

Video projects should be paid in full prior to production/delivery. All video clips/photos/music must be provided at beginning of production. Please contact me first on video projects to discuss what you are looking for.

Since all my items are made to order, I only accept returns on prints 11x14 and smaller.

If your item is damaged in shipping, please contact me asap with photos of the damage and box/tracking info on box. See shop policies for more information.

All of my items are made to order.
- Production of prints, canvas wraps, and metal prints take 1-2 weeks to produce prior to shipping. I try to get them out within one week.
- Production of all home-goods (pillows, shower curtains, tapestries, clocks, bedding, etc) take 2-3 weeks to produce prior to shipping.
- Occasionally I will already have an item in stock. In those instances, it will be sent as soon as your payment clears.
- Video projects generally take 1-2 weeks. We should discuss details and delivery dates prior to purchase.

After production times stated above, items are shipped.
I ship all items within the US with tracking and insurance. Most items go first class, DHL, or priority. Occasionally an item is too large or heavy for first class, and will go ground in those instances.

I offer gift wrapping on some products at no charge. Please send me a msg with your time frame to check availability on gift wrapping. I'm also glad to include a card for you.

Digital Files of open edition prints are available for some purposes under a commercial contract/license.

All sizing details are explained under each product description. Prints can vary by a few mm's and products such as shower curtains can vary up to 1 inch.

Home goods such as pillow, shower curtains, and duvets come with care instructions on the tag of the product.
For prints... prints last longest when not handled directly by hand. Touching with gloves or by the sides of the print is recommended to keep our natural oils from transferring onto the photograph.
Prints should be displayed out of direct sunlight in an area that is not excessively hot or cold.
If a print is sent rolled in a tube, it can be flattened when taken to your printer for framing or by laying on a flat table with safe objects (like books) on the corner or sides or by laying glass or an acid free matte board over the print.
