We accept exchanges & returns within 14 days. Returns might not be possible if the size given by the customer is wrong and we made the same size and its not fitting to the customer so return are not possible.
Customers must request them within 14 days a reasonable time after delivery
Customers are responsible for all delivery/shipping costs for exchanges & returns
Any price difference for product changes or alterations must be paid by the customer

Each product is made with care, especially custom orders, which is why returns are not accepted.
Please note that international buyers are responsible for any local customs duties or taxes. Customs delays are out of our control, and we are unable to refund or cancel orders based on customs fees or processing times.
