5 out of 5 starsThe controller is literally perfect! The quality is very good. I honestly didn't know what to expect because this was my first time ordering a modded/custom controller, but I’m genuinely pleased by these results! Not to mention that the creator was very friendly and helpful when I had questions. I will most definitely order here again.

5 out of 5 starsThis controller is very nice to me. Especially the control stick which is what the Phob is about anyway, feels precise. I went for the double MX triggers since I mainly will use it for Ultimate and potentially some Project M, not melee. At first it felt weird since they are different but quickly got used to the triggers and I like them tbh. The seller let me know about any delays for my order, and answered my questions well. Thank you for the nice controller.

Frequently asked questions
What's snapback?
When a control stick is flicked, there is a small amount of recoil that occurs when it returns to the neutral position. In most controllers, this recoil will result in an input being registered in the opposite direction.
An example of snapback is when Falco does an approaching short hop laser and the character flips around midair.
What's a potentiometer?
A Potentiometer is what reads the control stick position and sends the signal to the console. A degraded potentiometer means less accurate control stick inputs or drift.
Potentiometers are usually the first part of a controller to wear down and replacing them will make the controller feel almost like new.
How long does a potentiometer last?
The lifespan of a potentiometer can last between 4 and 32 months depending on usage.
For example, 10 hours a week with a dash dance heavy playstyle can degrade a potentiometer within 4 to 6 months.
This is purely an estimation and not a hard limit though. If your controller still feels fine, your potentiometers probably don’t need to be replaced yet.
Do your controllers come with a warranty?
Every controller I work on is covered by a basic warranty for 1 year after the sale.
--
The first 90 days
--
If something does not work as advertised or malfunctions, then the shipping & repairs will be covered by me.
This is excluding international orders. Any international order placed in 2023 on will require the buyer to cover the cost of shipping both ways.
--
After 90 days of sale
--
Repairs will be free for 1 year after the sale but shipping costs both ways will be covered by the buyer.
Things NOT covered under this policy:
1. Damage caused by mistreatment. Such as any water damage or damage from a controller being thrown.
2. Replacement of degraded potentiometers
3. Snapback capacitor recalibration
I forgot to update my address on my order. How do I fix this?
Contact me immediately with the updated address and I’ll add a note to your order.
If your order has already shipped and is returned to me, I can create a custom listing for another label for the cost of shipping only and resend the product to the correct address.
If you choose not to purchase a second shipping label, the cost of the item and sales tax will be refunded.
Why don't you ship to unverified addresses?
As of August 2020, Etsy does not allow the purchase of shipping labels to unverified addresses.
If the address is unverified, your order will be cancelled and refunded. Then you will be informed that your address is unverified so that you can place the order again with a corrected address.
My order hasn't arrived yet. What can you do about this?
In the unlikely event that your package was lost in transit, I can open a missing mail report with the USPS on your behalf. These cases can take some time to be resolved, so I ask for your patience if a problem with shipping occurs.
If the missing package is undeliverable to you, an insurance claim will be filed with the USPS and I will pass the refund on to you as it becomes available.
I will not offer a refund on a lost package until the USPS confirms your order is lost and/or undeliverable.
I think my package has been stolen. Can you refund me?
I cannot offer refunds out of pocket for any USPS errors or theft of a package.
To seek resolution, contact your local USPS and complete a USPS affidavit confirming that your package has been stolen, in which case, you may be contacted by a postal inspector.
It's recommended to also file a police report so that they can have a record of the theft in your area and conduct an investigation.
Mail theft is a federal crime, so your report will be taken very seriously.
If the USPS is at fault, like in the case of mis-delivery, then you will need to seek restitution with them or make sure your delivery location is secure and up to USPS standards.
