Horrible quality, photo looks like a nice knit sweater with cuffed sleeves, material is actually a weird poly blend, looks cheap and tacky. Very disappointed I have asked for a refund. Response is to send a picture of the item as it was advertised but the item is not a sweater, I'm not sure what the material is in actuality. Item is disappointing and response to my complaint even more so. 10/20 RESOLVED TO MY SATISFACTION, REFUND IS BEING ISSUED AND CUSTOMER SERVICE SEEMS APPROPRIATE.
