I’m so happy you’re here! Each design in my shop is created to celebrate life’s most meaningful moments, including birthdays, anniversaries, milestones, and all the little stories in between. You can choose a digital file for easy printing or a beautifully finished product such as a canvas, framed poster, or unframed print, delivered right to your door.

Here are the current turnaround times:
1. Digital copy:
• Standard – within 2 business days
• Rush option – 1–6 hours
2. Posters & framed posters:
• Delivery within 3–5 business days
3. Canvas, framed canvas & foam board:
• Delivery within 4–6 business days

A little about me... Starting on a new journey, I discovered my true passion for graphic design. When my first child was born, I felt inspired to create adorable graphics for her. What began as a personal project has grown into a successful business with over 90k+ sales.

Designing for MeStoryDesigns allows me to combine my love for creativity with the joy of making others happy. How do I send a picture for my purchased item?

Send a picture via the "Message Ursula" button or email mestorydesigns@gmail.com (Title: Your order number). The higher the resolution photo the clearer the image on the poster. A photo effect will be applied.

What is your current turnaround time?

My current non-rush turnaround is 2-3 business days (Mon-Fri). If you need an upgrade to a few hours, add the following item to the cart along with the poster:

Note: Rush orders CANNOT be canceled.

Why would I want a digital printable file instead of a physical print?

Digital prints mean print at your convenience, as many times as you want. No shipping fees and no waiting for your print to arrive.

Because the file is emailed to you, you can have the final product in your hands much faster than if purchasing a hard copy. Need it really fast? Print at a one-hour photo lab - you could potentially have your order printed the same day you order it.

How do I print the digital printable file once I receive it?

Print at home using your home printer or have the poster printed at your favorite print shop. The background color is a part of the design. The JPEG file is in high resolution - 300 dpi. Simply print on white paper and use as is, or put in a frame. No printed material is included. Frame not included. Colors and contrast vary between different monitors, so the colors of the print may not match your monitor's display exactly.

Refunds

Due to the nature of the item I provide, you may not return or be refunded. I do copy and paste most of the time so make sure you have punctuation how you would like. If an item needs to be reprinted, I am not responsible for any printing costs that have accumulated. I encourage you to double-check the file before printing.
