After your payment is confirmed you will be taken to the download page where you can download your files. An email will also be sent to you with your download link.

Digital files will be also available to download at: http://www.etsy.com/your/purchases.

In most cases your artwork will be downloaded as a ZIP file (due to Etsy’s file size limits).

A ".ZIP" file is simply a container that bundles all of the images together and shrinks the file size down for Etsy’s system.

All this means is that you’ll need to open the ZIP file first, in order to access the printable JPG images inside. This is super easy though…

After downloading the artwork ZIP file simply double-click on it, and it will automatically open itself up, revealing all the relevant file ready for use.

You may print at home, at a local print shop or use an online printer shop. Matte paper doesn't glare or leaves fingerprints, you may use it for basic black and white prints.
For colourful prints use an Inkjet printer preferably, the best results are from the smoothest paper. You can use photo paper, semi-glossy or glossy which will bring out the most radiant colours in the print.

The quality of the final artwork will be determined by the quality of the printer.

Unfortunately, due to the digital nature of these items, refunds are not given.
