Bracelet: Using a string, wrap it just above your wrist (towards your elbow), mark on the string where it comes together, measure this string amount then add a ½ inch...this number is your bracelet size. Remember some bracelets fit different than others. The more strands on the bracelet the larger size you will need. The average woman’s bracelet size is 7-7.5 inches.

Necklace: Using a string, loosely wrap it around your neck so the string lays where you want your necklace to be, mark on the string where it comes together, measure this string length...this is your necklace size. The most commonly ordered necklace size is 18 inches.

All of our jewelry comes with its own gift wrapped.

GOLD-FILLED JEWELRY:
- Under normal wearing conditions and with proper care, your gold filled jewelry should last at least 10 years.

- We use .925 Sterling Silver, which requires polishing from time to time from oxidation. You can easily restore silver back to shine with a polishing cloth or use a polishing lotion for that extra shine

DOMESTIC ORDERS are shipped via USPS first class mail (2-5 business days), priority mail (1-3 business days), or priority express mail (1-2 days) for delivery.

Customs and import duties may be applied to international orders when the shipment reaches its destination.

If you buy goods from outside the EU for delivery to the UK, you will have to pay Customs Duty (if over £120 value) and a 20% Import VAT (if over £18) on top of the purchase price (including duties), though Customs Duty is waived if the amount of the calculated duty payable is £7 or less. Please note there is also an £8 Parcel Force Fee for collecting the Import VAT. Mee Pearls will not reimburse you for these charges.

If you’re ordering goods from outside the EU, Customs Duty and any Import VAT must be paid by the recipient once the goods have arrived but before the goods are delivered. In addition, there may also be a £8 handling fee to pay to the carrier.
