Why don't you accept returns?
Unfortunately we are not able to offer returns or exchanges on purchases. Each item is made to order. We do not keep extra inventory on hand. When you order a shirt (mug, hoodie...), it is made with the size, color, and design you have chosen. Please take special notice of our Size Guides so you know how the shirt will fit, and always feel free to reach out with additional questions! We are happy to help.
Are these officially licensed products from the game manufacturer?
All designs are inspired by our favorite board games! They are copyrighted art, designed by the owner of MeepleMerch. None of the items offered are official merchandise of the game companies.
What if my package is lost in transit?
Due to the requirements of our production partner, all items lost in transit MUST be reported within 4 weeks of the estimated shipping arrival date. Send the shop owner a message as soon as you believe a package has been lost, or seems delayed longer than expected. Lost items reported after 4 weeks cannot be replaced at the shop's expense.
