I hate to leave this review after an initial promising interaction with Sarah. Unfortunately, after a delay due to a printer issue (which I only learned upon reaching out), Sarah has gone MIA and left my three messages unanswered. The personalized notecards I purchased never arrived, leaving me in a *real* lurch due to the delay. I’m disappointed with Sarah’s customer service and have - as a last resort! - obtained a refund through Etsy, who agreed that the seller is at fault. I’d be weary of transacting with this seller right now. I do hope Sarah is able to rectify the situation soon, as she has adorable designs! Too bad the execution and order fulfillment is so lacking.
