Lovely glass, packaged well and arrived swiftly

There was a bit of a hiccough with the dispatching, and I had to chase the seller a couple of times to find out what had happened to my order - which meant it took about a month for me to get it. However, I really do think the quality of the product is great - I've ordered from here before, and will do so again. Obviously the problem with dispatching was not directly the fault of the seller, it was a supply issue.

Long wait for delivery but finally received and beautifully engraved. Safely packaged. Thanks.

Really nice guy was very patient with me whilst helping out giving me great ideas, the seller executed all my rough ideas I thrown at him and came up with a beautiful, flawless design. Communicated well and helped me out through the whole process. Was very professionally done to a VERY high standard finish. Customised exactly how I wanted and received item very quickly.
