DTF (Direct to Film) printing is a method where special ink and transfer film are used to apply designs directly onto fabric. It delivers vibrant colors, sharp details, and a flexible texture. The best part? It’s highly durable! DTF prints won’t crack, peel, or fade when properly cared for, making them perfect for t-shirts, sweatshirts, and more.
2.Will the print come off in the wash?
No, DTF prints are made to last. To keep your item looking its best for years:
• Wash inside out
• Use cold water (30°C) on a gentle cycle
• Avoid tumble drying — air drying is recommended
• If ironing, do not iron directly on the print; turn the garment inside out or use a cloth between the print and the iron.
3.Do you offer custom designs?
Yes, we do! You can add your own text, name, special date, or personal message. Simply contact us via Etsy messages before placing your order, and we’ll happily create a custom design just for you. You can also specify your preferred font style and color if you'd like!
4.Do you accept returns or exchanges?
No. Since all of our items are made-to-order with personalized printing, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However — if your item arrives with a defect or an error on our part, please contact us immediately. We’ll make it right and arrange a solution for you as quickly as possible.
5.Will the print crack, peel, or fade?
DTF prints are highly durable and, when cared for properly, they will not crack, peel, or fade. The colors stay bright and the print remains smooth for years. As with all printed items, following the care instructions is essential for the longest-lasting results.
6.Do you accept bulk or group orders?
Absolutely! Whether it’s for birthdays, weddings, bachelorette parties, team events, or any other group occasion — we’d be happy to help. Send us a message with your quantity and design details, and we’ll provide you with a custom offer and pricing.
7.Can I see a digital preview before you print my order?
In general, orders are sent straight to production once the design is ready. However, if you're unsure or would like to review your design before printing, feel free to message us. Upon request, we’ll prepare and send you a digital preview for your approval.
