When will my order be sent?
Your order will be sent in 1-3 business days except pre-order. All items are sent in good faith by Australia Post service with tracking number, we also have signature and express upgrade options, please contact us if you need.
Parcels that do not require a signature will be left in a place the delivery drivers deem to be safe.
Haven't received the package
If your parcel hasn't been delivered as expected, please contact us so we can help.
Domestic: over the delivery timeframes than 7 days
International: over the delivery timeframes than 2 weeks
Delivery timeframes for international services vary depending on where the item’s being sent and, if applicable, exclude time in customs. Areas outside of metropolitan services might also take longer to be delivered.
International customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer. We are required to declare the actual value of the order on the customs form.
The international parcel can sometimes get delayed in Customs.

Damaged item
When you receive the parcel, please check if the outer packaging is damaged. If it is damaged, please take a photo containing your address information before opening the parcel. If the item is damaged, please contact us immediately.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Our Environmental policy we follow rules which help is reduce the amount of packaging produced in the first place.
We’re committed to minimising impact on people and our planet by our business in a sustainable way.
Some of you may have experienced receiving packages and feeling like there is way too much material being wasted, except some fragile products may require this extensive protection, but many times this is not the case.
We pack our products directly into clean boxes and envelopes, using protective wrapping in only necessary amounts.
Together we each must consider and make small changes to the way we live life if we hope to create positive improving conditions for future generations.
Re-send package
Please confirm that your current address is correct. If the package is returned due to an incorrect address and need to re-send it, we will charge you a shipping fee for resending.
Refund policy
Contact us within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 21 days of delivery
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at megoworkshop@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
