Items are shipped only via the United States Postal Service (USPS) from Pennsylvania, USA. Express or overnight shipping may available upon request for an additional fee (must be requested prior to ordering).

International buyers are responsible for all import duties, taxes and charges. U.S. and international laws prohibit undervaluing or marking purchased items as gifts.

Sales are not offered to the EU or EEA due to the EU Omnibus Directive.

Items for your pets should always be used under adult supervision. Your dog or cat should not be left unsupervised with clothing, jewelry, collars, toys, etc.

Please send all communications through Etsy messages. Any messages received via email will be redirected and answered through Etsy messages.

The seller must be notified within 5 days of receipt regarding any missing, damaged or defective items. Photographs of both the item and packaging materials must be included.

If approved, a return authorization number will be issued. This number must be written prominently on the outside of the box. Packages received without this information will be refused and marked return to sender.

All returned items must be in new unused condition and sent back in the original packaging. Refunds will not be given for items damaged in return transit due to improper packaging. The buyer assumes the risk for packages returned without tracking

Returned items must be post marked for return within 14 days of receipt, after receiving return authorization.

The buyer is responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. No refunds will be provided for returned packages. Reshipping fees are the buyer's responsibility.

The shipping address cannot be changed once an order is placed. If an incorrect shipping address is provided, the order will be cancelled so that a new order can be placed with the correct shipping address.

Custom sized, designed or personalized items are created to order and are not returnable. Please measure and place your order carefully.

When ordering an item requiring a size measurement, please make sure that you have measured carefully and accurately, per the instructions in the item description. Do not try to guess or estimate the size. Custom sized items are made to order and not returnable.

All orders from within the USA over $35 (not including tax) will ship for free. These orders will ship via USPS First Class Mail (if under 13 oz. in weight), regardless of the shipping method chosen at checkout. Orders from outside the USA are not eligible for this offer.

The cost of shipping, packaging and handling will be deducted from all returns where the original purchase qualified for free shipping.

Returns received by the seller without prior approval or authorization will be considered "forced returns" and will be discarded. Such packages will not be returned to the buyer nor will any refunds be made.
