Custom orders must be paid in advance. Because of the nature of these items, I can't accept returns for:

Made to Order:

~ Some bags/hats are made to order due to the intricate details, time involved in making the item, or a one-off design.
~ If time is an issue, please, message me so I'm aware of your time restraints, and I will work you into the production schedule if possible.

Sizing details

Please read descriptions of size and color carefully. Sizes are approx., as each handbag is hand-cut by me. Pictures are a true depiction, and the color is based on various monitors. Should you have questions regarding size or color, please inquire at mellaraydesign@yahoo.com. If you would like a swatch, I will be happy to send it at no charge.

Gift wrapping and packaging

All orders are wrapped in colorful, seasonal, themed gift wrapping (raffia string & tissue paper). There may be a charge for special gift wrapping. If you are purchasing a gift item, we can ship it directly to the person. Send an email to mellaraydesign@yahoo.com with details and we will take care of the rest. There is no extra charge for this service unless you want it expedited.

Additional Shipping Information

All US orders are shipped USPS First Class Mail which usually takes between 3-5 business days with a tracking number for up-to-date delivery information. Insurance is not included with this shipping service. If your order is over $50, I strongly recommend that you upgrade your shipping to USPS Priority Mail which includes up to $100 insurance and has a faster 2-3 day delivery date.

What makes your products different from other sellers?

It is in the detail for me! Quality is essential, so I only purchase the best fabrics/textiles I can find. Detail, detail, detail, whether it's mixing fabrics, colors, or accessorizing. Most of my appliques are designed and made by me, I believe in making the interior design as beautiful as the exterior. I make the kind of bag I would buy for myself. Extras like an interior key ring, pockets for your credit cards, id, and 99% will always have an interior zipped pocket.
