Do you offer cancellations or exchanges?

Please read before placing an order. Cancellations/Returns NO, exchanges YES*.

Cancellations and refunds: We do not accept cancellations or refunds due to our made-to-order process. Please review all policies before ordering.

Exchanges: If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos or videos, and we will replace it free of charge.

EU customers: EU orders have a 14-day return window starting from delivery, per EU regulations.

Custom and personalized orders

We happily create custom or personalized products! If you don’t see your career, hobby, or interest listed, or want a design on a different product, just message us.

Sustainability

We produce items made-to-order to minimize waste—nothing is printed until you order. Our supplier has fulfillment centers worldwide, so orders are typically printed and shipped locally for faster delivery and lower environmental impact.

Processing Time vs Shipping Time

Please note that processing time (making your order) happens before shipping and can’t be rushed. Shipping times vary and are affected by busy seasons like holidays. We do not offer expedited shipping or 2 day like Amazon as we do not warehouse anything.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Currently, we do not offer gift wrapping or special packaging. Etsy’s gift message option is sometimes inconsistent; mugs usually include messages, but notebooks and pins may not. We are working on adding packaging options soon.

I have an issue outside of the exchange window, what do I do?

If more than 5 days have passed since delivery and you have an issue, please message us with photos/videos and details. We’ll try to help, but after 30 days, resolution options may be limited.

How do you determine pricing in your shop?

Made-to-order products include costs like printing, packaging, and shipping, plus Etsy fees, taxes, and VAT. Even small items require resources to produce, so please be sure before purchasing. We aim to keep prices fair while delivering quality and timely shipping.

Custom and personalized orders

Please send your logo, photo, or design within 24 hours of ordering; sooner is better. Low-quality images may require replacement.

Logos usually need transparent backgrounds unless a solid background is part of your design. Need a logo designed? Message us!

We’ll send you a mockup for approval. Please respond within 48 hours or we’ll proceed as shown.

Custom orders are final and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective or damaged in shipping.
