Processing & Shipping Times
All products are made to order. The time I need to prepare an order and the time it takes for shipping can vary by product. For details, you can look in the individual product listing. Times can change during different periods of the year.
What if I give the wrong address?
Please double-check your address! If it is wrong, message us ASAP to correct it. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or returned due to an incorrect address. Usually, I can change addresses without an issue if you notify me before the item ships. However, I can't do anything about it after it ships. I do not always get returned or undeliverable items. You will be responsible for the cost associated with reshipping the item which sometimes means the cost to remake the item as well.
Gift wrapping and Gift notes.
Our shipping partners don't currently give us the ability to include personal notes in the container. Also, we do not offer gift wrapping at this time.
Custom and personalized orders
If you have ordered different products types, there is a good chance they were shipped separately. We have multiple partners that help us with our printing and engraving that specialize in different product types. Please reach out if you are unsure if this is the case.

Due to the custom nature of the item we do not accept returns, exchanges or requests for
alterations after delivery. We ask that you communicate any specific requests through our
message conversation during the order process. We only know about a preference or request if
you specify it in your message. We will always do our best to accommodate your requests!

Due to the high volume of orders we create daily, we do not automatically send photos or create mock-ups before production.

WE CAN NOT GUARANTEE ARRIVAL DATES. We work hard to get your package out the door asap but have no control over how quickly it is delivered. All delivery timelines listed at checkout are estimates based on normal delivery timelines.
