Whats the production time for bulk order for mugs (22+ mugs)?
Our production time for bulk orders 22+ mugs is 7-10 business days for production time.
When will I receive my order?
Production time: Our production time is listed in the description of every product.
Shipping time: Shipping usually takes between 2-5 business days. We use USPS, UPS, and FEDEX.
I put an incorrect address, what should I do?
Just contact me immediately vis Etsy messages with the correct address, and of course, we will change the address for you as long as your order is still in production. If your order has already been shipped, then we are no longer able to change the address.
My mug delivered broken. What should I do?
It's rarely happening but if your mug arrived broken just contact me with an image of the mug and send it to us via Etsy messages and we will a replacement mug for free and ship it to you asap.
