Welcome! Here you'll find fun items for cats, with homegrown catnip, and sometimes other items (for us humans) . It's my policy to ship listed items within 1 to 3 business days, although I often ship within 1 or 2 days if possible. You'll also find a few vintage cat-related items for sale now and then.

NOTE: The United States Postal Service has seen a big increase in the number of packages shipped each day as more customers do their shopping online. Like many shipping carriers now, USPS is also temporarily increasing its rates a little for domestic packages to account for rising expenses.

Don't let the sizes of the catnip mat photos in my shop fool you. I don't always manage to make them the same size in their photos, but you can tell by the prices, since the larger mats cost a little more. My catnip mats and some of the larger toys are refillable. Refilling instructions are included. Fabrics are very gently washed before use, to remove any excess dyes which can cause allergy problems for some kitties.

I grow and dry my own catnip, so it's always fresh and fragrant. And I hand pick only the best leaves and those tender white buds that cats find so delectable. You'll never find any other substances added to the catnip. So that you will receive the freshest catnip possible, I wait until my items are sold before filling them with catnip and/or filling any accompanying catnip packets.

If your cat DOESN'T enjoy catnip, I'll be happy to make a cozy, catnip-free mat or toy for your kitty.

My catnip mats and toys usually have two layers of polyfill quilt batting inside. The batting layers are stitched tightly to the fabric. Why? Because not only does it make them much softer and more huggable, but it keeps the catnip inside from becoming "clumpy" after kitties have played with the toy or mat for an extended period of time. And poly batting is used because my vet told me that some cats like to chew cotton batting and occasionally some will ingest it (not as safe).

Shipping:

I usually ship only to the United States. My shipping/processing time is usually 1 to 2 business days, because I want you to get your orders promptly.

U.S. shipping for packages up to one pound are usually sent by first class or ground advantage. If they weigh more, they are sent by priority mail. My priority mail shipping cost is set for the continental United States only, and does not include Alaska and Hawaii. If you live in ALASKA or HAWAII, your actual shipping amount will be a little higher ( it's based on your zip code).

I'll gladly combine items for multiple orders. Shipping costs include my picking the right size box to safely fit your items with bubble wrap and/or other packing materials. I always try to pack your order carefully, just as I would want to receive an order.

I ship by USPS and get delivery confirmation from the post office on orders in the U.S, so that you and I have a way of tracking what's been shipped. Once your package leaves my hands, though, it becomes the responsibility of the postal service to handle delivery. So any problems with delivery should be addressed to your local post office.

I want you to be happy with your purchase. I don't usually accept returns for catnip items. But if an item was inadvertently misrepresented, I need to know about it and be given the opportunity to correct the situation. Please let me know within 3 days of receipt if you are thinking about returning an item. It must be returned promptly in new, unused condition. Any refund will be made through PayPal (or another option if you prefer), minus shipping charges and fees. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
