When will my order ship?
I personally hand make items after they are ordered, as quickly as I can in the order they are received.
During the holidays (October to December), processing time is extended to 6 to 8 business days, so items ship within 1.5 weeks. Other times of year, my typical processing time on non-custom orders is 3 to 5 business days, which means you can expect to get a tracking number within one week. (I.e. If you order Monday, it will ship on or before the next Monday.)
If you need something by a specific date within 2 weeks of your order date, contact me BEFORE ordering to make sure it's feasible. You can always upgrade to priority shipping at checkout, but my processing time is based on the orders already in my queue and my personal schedule.
Can you make a ______ collar flower or headband?
Yes! Well, almost certainly. Many of the felt flowers in my shop today came about because a customer requested them. I can make flowers to suit your wedding collars or match a bouquet or birthday photoshoot party theme. The more detail you have on what you want, the better. Photos of flowers or of your other party details help guide me.
Likewise, if you see a felt flower headband you'd like as a collar flower, I can do that. Just note that those flowers aren't generally very large, so look best on small to medium pups.
If you see a collar flower you'd like on a hairclip or headband, I can do that too!
