I am extremely disappointed. I paid for a full 1-year subscription only 3 days ago, and my workspace has already been deactivated! As a student, I rely on this for my research archives, and this interruption is causing me serious academic issues. I’ve paid for a full year of service, not a 3-day trial. If this isn't fixed immediately with a guarantee of stability for the rest of the year, I want a full refund. This is completely unprofessional. Avoid this service if you need something reliable.

the only reason i gave one star is because i cant give 0 the product worked a few days and that stopped and i cant contact the seller not even one little message and i have been waiting days

Unfortunately account worked only 1 day. Seller don't respond for question why account is not working...

It didn't even last two weeks. I contacted them, 19 days have passed and I haven't received a reply.

A fraudulent account, a scam
